Meet Our Founder

Lee Pittam

Founder, Lee Pittam, started his journey in the Construction Industry in 2000, where he learnt and developed his skills in the Residential sector, starting in housebuilding where he worked as a Technical Co-Ordinator delivering housing schemes across the Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Norfolk, and Suffolk areas of the UK.

In 2008, Lee moved into the Commercial and Industrial engineering sectors, working in the Precast Concrete industry as a Structural Detailer and BIM Co-Ordinator. It was in the engineering sector that he further developed his skills within BIM, working on many prestige projects such as London Bridge train station, Bethnal Green War Memorial as well as student accommodations, residential developments, hotels, and sports stadium projects across the UK and the Middle East.

In 2014, Lee returned to the Residential sector in a PLC housebuilder in a civil engineering role, where he developed his technical design and management skills. It was in the housebuilding sector that he remained for the next 10 years of his career where he gained significant experience in the leadership of technical departments.

For the past 5 years Lee has been Technical Director for a leading housebuilder helping to deliver developments across the Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Norfolk, and Suffolk areas of the UK, providing around 500 homes a year.

In founding LP17 Design, Lee will deliver a comprehensive consultancy experience that is creative, innovative, and client focused, where vision meets reality.
